Hello, my name is Stephen Donnelly. I am freelance web designer, developer, and college student based in North Branford, Connecticut. I have a passion for creating high-quality websites, and captivating graphics using Photoshop, HTML, CSS, and PHP.
I've been building websites for almost 2 years and using Photoshop for design and my various musings for almost 8 years. I love reading up on design and I'm amazed at how much I'm still learning.
